The five steps

A quarter's work, carried over.

01
5 min

Connect your Weekdone account

Authorize hiFlo from Weekdone using OAuth — read-only. We read your objectives, key results, and check-ins. We never write back to Weekdone.

You can connect a test workspace first. Nothing in Weekdone changes.

Preview the mapping

We map Weekdone's model to hiFlo: Objectives → Goals, Key Results → Key Results, Teams → Departments, people → Employees. Alignment links are preserved. Anything we can't auto-map is flagged.

Weekly PPP check-ins don't have a 1:1 home in every system — we show you exactly how yours come across before anything is imported.

03
2 hr

Migrate

Run the import. We pull objectives, key results, KPIs, initiatives, weekly check-in history, team structure, and quarter-over-quarter progress. The OKR alignment tree comes across intact.

Objectives and key results keep their current progress values — you land mid-quarter without re-entering a thing.

Reconcile

Side-by-side: every objective and key result from Weekdone next to its hiFlo equivalent. Flo reads the diff and surfaces anything worth a second look.

Reconciliation report exported as PDF — keep for your records.

1 day

Cut over

Pick a date. Your team runs their next weekly check-in in hiFlo. Weekdone access stays live through the transition window.

Most teams keep Weekdone active until the end of the current quarter, then switch it off.
